Quarterly Billing Rate Lock
Clients who select quarterly billing and enter into a 12-month bookkeeping agreement are eligible for a 24-month rate lock.
The rate lock does not require a 24-month contract. Clients are contractually committed for 12 months only. Upon completion of the initial term, clients may renew for an additional 12 months at the same rate as the prior contract, provided services and scope remain substantially the same.
